1. Do you have regular business hours?
Yes, We are open Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm We are open over the noon hour during the week also.
2. What is your typical turn around time?
This varies, but we try to keep it under one week for all items. Most carbide blades and paper knives are turned around in 3 days or less. Many household tools, knives and chainsaw chains can be picked up the same or next day.
3. Is rush service available?
Somtimes. We work on a first come, first serve basis, but we will do our best to work with you in the event you need something done faster than normal.
4. Do you do any chainsaw or small engine repair?
No. We currently do not do any service work on lawnmowers, chainsaws, snowblowers or any small engines.
